There is much I like about this, but in addition to the things others have mentioned here, like a one-handed shortcut for switching between tabs, the Bookmark Manager is extremely underpowered. It seems there’s no other storage category than the Bookmark Bar. That which cannot fit into the Bookmarks Bar goes into a folder called “Other Bookmarks” which, amazingly, cannot be renamed to something shorter, like “Others” or deleted, and it lives in....the Bookmarks Bar! I need more freedom than that.
Its memory usage is good, though. On cursory evaluation, it’s using less than half the real memory and 2/3 the virtual memory of Safari, and that’s not trivial. However, I thought by now they’d have fixed all the other little things so major accomplishments like less memory use and usage tracking can shine. But, though I appreciate all its many developers have done to make the Chrome code less evil, these niggling problems still make it impossible to enjoy SRWare Iron for those strengths.
