This is their Customer Service way of communicating : "Sorry, we never processed any refund in 10 years as you have a trial version to test the app. We use it and it works on our side. Your reason to choose a competitor is not a valid reason for refund *. If you block the payment, you take the risk to be banned forever by the credit card payment gateway powering million of websites." *I never said something like that...

SpamOut is an app that should not be purchased. I've blacklisted about 90 email addresses - SPAM and SpamOut doesn't block them — they keep showing up in Apple Mail. Money thrown out the window. But I hope to be reimbursed !
