Simple Backup Contacts overview
Simple Backup Contacts is an easy way to backup and restore your contacts. You can backup all your contacts with a single touch and send yourself as a .vcf attachment via email. All contacts can then easily be restored any time by simply opening .vcf file in your mailbox.

Exactly why shouldI paid $3 for this app when all I have to do is drag a mail folder from the sidebar to the desktop in order to create a VCF file of everything in the folder? FYI: At the time of this comment, going to the developers website results in a error 404, no such url.
