MacPay Business Edition overview
MacPay Business Edition is a pro version of our existing MacPay Standard payment management application. It adds the following features to the basic Swiss payment management functions of the Standard version:
- Full PDF scan and management of invoices. Payment data are extracted from the PDF and the PDF is linked to the payment and filed with it.
- Automatic transmission of payments to selected bank servers (Credit Suisse, Postfinance and Raiffeisen, ZKB, BCF, BCVS. Most swiss banks will be connected in the near future). Usual file transmission is still available for non connected banks.
- Automatic download of account statements from the bank servers.
- Can also be used on a local network for multi-user environments.

- A document scanner is best: Fujitsu ScanSnap Series is recommended. Any application or driver producing PDFs is acceptable.

I still love this software, and since my last review I never payed for an upgrade.
You must be crazy living in Switzerland using a Mac an not using this masterpiece of software!
Best to use with a great scanner like my good old Fujitsu Scan Snap!

Very interesting approach to scan your bills. You scan them completely and the program detects the amount and all the needed data from your bill. At the same time it archives your bill.
Then you can send the payments directly through the software to your bank.
I love this Software, it saves me a lot of time and it really works well.
And the support is very responsive.
