FYI, this appears to be a universal Intel/PPC binary.

Definitely the best GIT GUI so far (I have evaluated, Tower, SourceTree and a couple more), especially knowing that it is free and does more than what is required. The only catch is that you will need to know how to work with Git. If not, you will, like many others, have no clue what is going on.

Is this still being developed

This app gives me headaches, terrible mac ui, you should start developing on windows, they can use bad UI's there.

Does not help to set it up properly, no info whether it's able to locate the git executable or maybe not, no feedback at all, just nothing. After entering the path to the executable, it still doesn't work. And how can I open a repository on the net? Exactly ... not possible. The manual is also crappy. Sorry, poor stuff, wasted a lot of my time.

Definitely the best free git GUI for the mac to this point for me!

This is a nice tool, but there's a bug in this and the previous version that keep me from upgrading. The "Commit" button (looks like an arrow pointing to the right with a bar in front) that appears in the window header is always disabled. Since it's pretty important to be able to do the the things that button enables, this bug is a deal killer. Once again, I'll revert back to 0.6.1 and do my work.

This makes day to day use of git extremely pleasant. On the back of this I recommend git as my VCS of choice simply because it -just works-.

Excellent work, way better than using gitk with optimized fonts on a Mac.
