FileChute offers an easier way to send large files. How many times have you tried to email a large file only to have it bounce?
FileChute makes sending files easy. Just drag a file and drop it on FileChute. FileChute puts the file on your Dropbox or website and generates a Web link for retrieving the file all in one step. Next drag the generated link into your email and you're set to go. And since what you're sending is just a link, your recipients can retrieve the file from a Mac, a PC or any other platform. You can even drop multiple files or folders at once. FileChute automatically creates an archive in the format of your choice - it supports dmg, zip, and tar - and sends the archive file.

What a wonderful tool! I have been using it for eons, mostly with ftp servers, and it always works. One of the first applications I install on a new Mac. Highly recommended. Worth many times its price!

I have been using this app for many years. I love it. But, I just installed version 4.6 on my Mac running Mac OS X 10.8.5 and it crashes on launch. Tried re-installing and re-downloading. No luck. Went back to version 4.4 and it works again. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks, --James

I've had FileChute for years and found it to be very useful. When MobileMe was killed by Apple, I found I missed this tool. Now the new version works with my Dropbox, and it's wonderful! The app is small, fast, easy to setup and use with new OS X versions. It is well worth the money!

I have been using Filechute for years.
It is one of the fastest and easiest ways to send files to colleagues
family or friends. Thank you for this excellent time saver. Would like to add that I just recently transferred to a newer Macbook with no hassle at all unlike some other developers where you have to jump through so many processes. Excellent! Well worth every penny.

I have been using this for years - painless, simple and elegant. LOVE IT! My only quibble (it's tiny) is the reminder about old files on your server - I would like that to be a pref to ignore.
