We bought an extended subscription, and the app has basically stopped working. It is very "buggy", and there is virtually no one to help you when there is a problem. ( IOW : You can't get an actual human being; they just send you irritating, unhelpful articles through Zen Desk. ) *** I have contacted these people MULTIPLE times for assistance - nothing, ( insert cricket noise ) - just silence. WORST customer service, ever. I want help, or I want a refund.
