- Added option to export without stopping when silence is encountered.
- Fixed issue where export would sometimes fail to detect silence.
- Fixed clock speed and interrupt handling in the .ay playback code.
- Fixed issue where quote characters in track names would crash Audio Overload.

Audio Overload would even be better if it had volume control. I cannot change the volume in the program. If I want to change the volume, then I have to change the volume of my Mac.
Please add a volume control to Audio Overload...

Seems that GSF emulation goes into static after playing for a while. Is it a bug?

Great program, I like to listen to old game music.
But it definitely needs manual volume control.
My suggestion:
+ key increases sound level and
- key decreases sound level.
(that's how it was in version 1.5.1)

Into The Wayback Machine Sherman. This is so fu**ing cool! All of those tunes from yesteryear I used to find annoying I now get a warm, nostalgic glow from. Now I'll have to search out a file conversion app so I can attach some of these to emails as a background for the reader. Any sugestions?

I'm very pleased to see Audio Overload updated at last. This version's music list is much better and I'm able to play many more SNES tunes than before. Thanks very much Mr. Bannister!
One slight omission from the previous version: you can't use the keyboard to pause and change tracks as far as I can tell.

Oh, great!!!, this app! Finally I can hear the sound tracks of my SNES games on my mac. (I recommend the DKC tracks to you, very good.)
I read that Audio Overload v2.0 will come soon... ;D
Here's a little preview by the developer:
"As it stands right now, AO2 supports nine formats - .ay, .gbs, .gym, .hes, .kss, .nsf, .sndh, .spc, and .vgm. As with the original Audio Overload, .rar files are supported transparently. Unlike the original Audio Overload, however, the new version has been designed to be portable. The unique but totally non-standard interface that AO1 featured has been abandoned. AO2 will use platform native widgets on each of the supported platforms."

Excellent program by the always-talented Richard Bannister. Only a couple gripes, though: The SNES SPC bug where some songs stop playing after a second should be fixed (although he's aware of this, so I won't beat it into the ground). Also, there needs to be Turbo Grafx 16 music support, as well as the newest format: PSF, Playstation Sound Format. Otherwise, very nice.
