Improved the display of very small regression coefficients by expanding the decimal places displayed in the output table.
Added the data file name to the statistical output.
Minor improvements to the Data Dictionary module.

Bug Fixes:

Corrected an inconsistency in the calculation of Logistic regression coefficient standard errors when analyzing two binary variables.
